Hello! My name is Landon Allen and I am the founder of Grand Cedar Properties. I was born and raised here in Mid-Michigan where I grew up writing music, boxing, and playing just about any sport I could get my hands on. After High School, I enlisted in the Michigan Army National Guard where I was a Human Resource Specialist. My job played a crucial role in assisting fellow soldiers to progress in their Army careers. I was responsible for pay, promotions, awards, etc. It was during this time in my life I realized how much I truly enjoyed serving others. I was first introduced to Real Estate when I was 13 years old. My stepdad owned a rental property he was in the process of fully renovating. I would tag along and help where needed. Any work I did, my stepdad would compensate me for. At the time I was more interested in saving up for gloves and cleats for the next football season but little did I know this would plant a seed in my head for years to come. Today Real Estate is more than just a hobby to me. It’s become a passion.
I met my wife Sydney in 2015. She has been my rock ever since. You see I’m a bit of a dreamer (ok, more than a bit) and she tends to bring me back down to earth in the best possible way. In other words, I wouldn’t be here today without her. Sydney and I got married in October of 2020. We have 3 beautiful kids together. Family means everything to us. When we aren’t working in our business or chasing around our toddlers. We love participating in our church, going to the beach, and watching our Detroit Lions play every Sunday in the fall.
